4. Appointments & Access
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed appointment time.
If access is not provided, Glow Flame Limited reserves the right to charge a call-out or cancellation fee.

If an appliance is found to be un safe, Glow Flame Limited has the right to isolate it in the interest of safety.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their appliances after service completion.
7. Warranties & Guarantees
Manufacturer warranties apply to new boilers and parts where applicable.
Glow Flame Limited is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.
Workmanship is guaranteed for a reasonable period, excluding issues caused by misuse, tampering, or existing faults.
